Order and delivery terms

Delivery methods



We deliver orders by post as a parcel (€6.90) and as a letter (€2.50). You will be notified about the status of your shipment by e-mail.

Orders costing more than 150 € will be delivered free of charge.  

If you would like a different delivery method, please contact us by e-mail at info(at) and we will arrange delivery.



You can pick up your order from Eco Decor's Helsinki office at Sienitie 9 B2, 00760 Helsinki. In this case you should arrange a pick-up time, which is usually between 09:30 and 16:30. The order can only be picked up after you have  received the "Order ready for pick-up" message on your e-mail.

Delivery time

We aim to dispatch products in stock within three days of the order on weekdays. It takes approximately 7-10 days to manufacture the product and 1-3 days to deliver it, depending on the location. 

We always aim to deliver products as quickly as possible. We will contact customers as soon as possible by email or telephone if the delivery time is longer than normal.

Our products are delivered from Finland.

Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-7 business days.

Finland and Nordic countries: 1-3 business days

Europe: 3-12 business days

North America: 6-15 business days

Latin America and the Caribbean: 2-4 weeks

Africa and the Middle East: 4-6 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 1-3 weeks


We are not responsible for any taxes and delays due to customs.

The payment service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card bill and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the supplier of the product in the first instance.

Shipment tracking

You can track the progress of your parcels in postal transport by using the parcel reference number. The Postal Service will send the tracking number to your email address and by SMS when the parcel is ready for pick-up.


Return of the product
All returns must always be agreed with the manager in advance. The complaint period is 14 days from the date of collection/receipt of the product. The best way to contact us is by e-mail at info(at) In the case of returns, the refund will be made to the payment method used. We will not reimburse the costs of the return unless the return has first been agreed with the merchant. We do not accept returns sent by postal order.

Personally manufactured products cannot be exchanged or returned. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, do not worry about it, contact info(at) The right of return under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to business customers.

Damaged package

If the order is damaged during transport, take pictures of the packaging and the product and immediately file a written damage report with the Post Office. We pack all products properly to minimize the risk of damage. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transport. By ticking "I accept the terms of delivery" in the shopping cart and placing an order, the customer agrees to abide by these terms.

However, please remember that non-collecting the product from the Post Office and failure to notify us of the cancellation does not constitute a 14-day cancellation under the Consumer Protection Act. If you have forgotten to collect your parcel and it is returned, please let us know and we will re-send it to you. In this case, we will charge you for the accrued postage costs plus the postage for the re-shipment.
