My name is Ekaterina Roman-Maksimjuk, I am a professional artist and photographer from Italy.
I studied in Prague at the Department of Architecture, Art and Graphic Design. I graduated from the Graphic Design Department of the Estonian Academy of Arts in 2007.
Life for me is a moment of creation. I find inspiration in everything that surrounds me. I am inspired by lines and movements, the dance language, nature, scents, people and emotions.
Creativity enriches our lives and enables us to fill them with beauty and harmony. We can brush away the dust of everyday life and open ourselves to infinite depths. Inspiration fills our lives with colour!

I would like to tell you a little about my working method.I work a lot on paper and that's where my work starts. When I draw, I make a huge number of sketches and eventually come up with a certain version, which is then processed on the computer.
My work was an inspiration for the Eco Decor team, and I really liked the concept of Art Panels.
Drawing made on wood, rather than paper - is particularly beautiful. These paintings will bring harmony and warmth to your home. Artist brings life into the picture, and so the painting itself takes on a living form.
I am delighted to be working with the Eco Decor team to create new paintings for the Art Panels collection. I hope you will also appreciate their unusual beauty and aesthetic in combination of pattern and wood!
