The processing time for Christmas products is approximately 3–5 business days. After that, the delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Delivery by letter takes approximately 3–5 business days, while delivery by parcel takes approximately 1–3 business days.

When is the latest time to order Christmas gifts so that they arrive on time?

Letter packages must be ordered by 14 December 2026 at the latest, and postal packages by 17 December 2026 at the latest, for the products to arrive on time.

Can I personalize Christmas products with my own name or text?


Yes, most of our Christmas products can be personalized with the name, text, and color option of your choice, as well as, for example, an image of your pet.

What pet-themed Christmas bauble options do we have?

What if my own dog’s breed isn’t included among the available Christmas bauble options?

Our ready-made selection includes 99+ different dog breeds for Christmas baubles. If you can’t find your dog’s breed among the ready-made options, select “other” and send us a picture of your dog. This allows us to create the silhouette directly from the image you send us.

What is meant by the €5.00 design fee if you select “other” when ordering?

If you select the “other” option when ordering a Christmas bauble, we charge a €5.00 design fee for creating the silhouette. So if you cannot find a suitable design among the ready-made Christmas baubles—for example, if your dog’s breed is not in our selection—you can select “other,” and we can create the silhouette directly from a photo of your dog. If you order several Christmas baubles using the same image, the fee is charged for only one design.
