Christmas balls with company logo, names, or custom text
The Christmas ball is designed according to the company's visual identity and intended use. The decoration can include, for example:
- company logo or name
- each employee's own name
- department or team name
- event name or year
- short Christmas greeting
- pattern taken from the company's identity
Depending on the implementation, the logo can be engraved on the wood surface or made part of a laser-cut decoration. If necessary, the detailed logo is modified so that the company's recognizable identity is preserved and the finished product is durable.
Quantity discount for company orders
For large orders, we can offer a quantity-based, more affordable unit price. A separate quote is prepared for each company order.

Two completed company orders
The projects for Ommellinen Oy and the Helsinki Administrative Court were both orders of 200 pieces, but their needs were different. The first emphasized product design, a quick prototype, and structure testing. The second focused on an approved proof, individual packaging, and a neutral corporate gift package.

Ommellinen Oy – 200 Christmas decorations from the company's own pattern
Ommellinen Oy wanted a wooden Christmas decoration matching their own visual identity. The wish was for a round decoration about eight centimeters in size, with the vine familiar from Ommellinen's logo at the top and the company name at the bottom.
Case summary
First prototype in under an hour from finished material
Ommellinen sent the request for quotation on December 3rd, 2018, and we responded the same day. The customer delivered the design material the next day, but the cutting lines of the first file were not yet suitable for laser cutting as such.
When the corrected file arrived on December 5th at 9:20 AM, we processed the material for laser cutting and produced the actual wooden prototype. A photo of the finished model was sent to the customer at 9:59 AM – just 39 minutes after receiving usable material.

Speed did not mean compromising on quality
The first prototype looked good, but the customer and Eco Decor noticed the thinnest leaves and stems of the vine. Before starting production of 200 pieces, the durability of the prototype was tested in practice.
The test revealed that some of the thinnest leaves on the left side could be damaged by a strong impact. For this reason, the vine’s structure was reinforced, a few leaves were modified, and the structure of the letter O was corrected.
A new version was produced and sent to the customer for approval on the same day. Actual production began only after the final confirmation.

Result
The finished ornament retained Ommellinen's recognizable vine pattern and company name. At the same time, the product's delicate parts were reinforced so that the ornament was suitable for producing, packaging, and regular use of 200 pieces.
The Ommellinen project demonstrates that fast service and careful product development can go hand in hand. The customer received the first model within an hour of delivering usable material, but mass production only started after testing the structure, making corrections, and final approval.

Helsinki Administrative Court – 200 individually packaged Christmas ornaments
Helsinki Administrative Court requested a quote for 200 wooden Christmas balls featuring the organization’s own logo or name. The goal was to create a ready and easily distributable Christmas gift set for the staff.

Plan approved before production
After receiving the customer’s details, we designed the appearance of the Christmas ball and delivered a digital proof. The proof allowed checking the placement of text or logo, layout, and the overall look of the ornament before producing the large order.

From joint packaging to a ready gift set
The first quote was calculated on the assumption that all Christmas ornaments would be delivered in one package. However, the customer inquired about the possibility of having each product ready in its own gift packaging.
We offered options of a cellophane bag with backing paper or a small gift box. Helsinki Administrative Court chose the green boxes and green tissue paper.

Neutral packaging as the customer’s own gift
Eco Decor’s consumer orders usually include the company’s own thank you card. Helsinki Administrative Court requested delivery of the products without this material.
The request was taken into account so that the ornaments could be distributed as is as Helsinki Administrative Court’s own Christmas gifts. The corresponding neutral packaging is also suitable for companies, associations, and reselling partners who want to include the product in their own gift package.
Delivery was arranged for the agreed date
The completed order of 200 pieces was packed into three transport boxes and sent by express service. The customer received tracking information as soon as the order left the workshop.
Result
The result was 200 personalized and individually packed Christmas decorations, ready to be distributed as the Helsinki Administrative Court’s own Christmas gift. The project shows that besides large orders, we can adapt the draft, packaging, visibility of company materials, invoicing, and delivery method to the customer's needs.

Made in Finland
Eco Decor is a Finnish family business founded in 2018. Design, laser cutting, quality control, and finishing of personalized wooden products are done in our own workshop in Finland.
In-house production allows modification of the logo and product structure before a large order and control of the entire project from design to packaging.
